We want your experience at The Sweet Serenity Boutique to be exceptional! We truly hope you love every item you receive. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make the return process simple and stress-free.

Return Guidelines

  • We gladly accept eligible returns for STORE CREDIT ONLY. We do not offer cash refunds.

  • Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the order date.

  • Clearance, sale, and promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition with original tags attached.

  • Items with signs of wear, damage, makeup, deodorant stains, or missing tags will not be accepted.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Store credit will be issued within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.
